“As a stay at home Mum, the Online Studio is the perfect way for me to be able to workout in the comfort of my home, whilst my daughter naps. Whether I can squeeze in 10 minutes or a full hour, using props or just my Mat, raise my heart rate or just have a stretch… There is literally a class for every mood!”

“Nikki’s Online Studio is perfect for everyone. There is a wide variety of classes to do for all levels & abilities. You can focus on an area you want to improve or strengthen. Or if you are short for time, you can smash out a quick 10 minute class and still feel the benefits. Nikki explains and demonstrates the exercises so well and provides an easier and harder version, so you can either take it easy or take the challenge. All in the comfort of your own home!”

“Best Pilates ever! The Online Studio has so many really good classes ranging from 10 minutes to an hour, focusing on one or multiple body parts. Nikki reminds you the whole way through about keeping proper form, the same way she does in live classes. My favourite class is the Core Blast! Can’t recommend enough!”

“I’ve been going to Pilates with Nikki for a few years now and have loved it. Over the last little bit it has been harder to get to the in-person studio, so I joined Pilates With Nikki Online and absolutely love it. Why I write today is, I woke up this morning with a big headache so wasn’t up to my usual workout but wanted to move my body, I jumped onto the studio and found the Neck Friendly Pilates class. It was perfect and for the 30mins I moved my body and forgot about my headache. I love how you can choose a class to suit you based on how you are feeling and how much time you have. Feeling very grateful for the Online Studio today – thanks so much Nikki.”
